We understand that sometimes your purchase may not meet your expectations, and we want to assure you that we are here to help. This is why we have implemented a comprehensive Returns and Warranty policy, designed to provide you with the utmost convenience and peace of mind.

We offer a 14-day return period for any item purchased from our online store. Whether you have changed your mind or the product doesn't meet your expectations, you can send it back to us within this timeframe without any reason.

Return Policy #1

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. The product should not show any signs of wear or tear. It is important to ensure that all original components of the item, including any accessories, are present when returning the product.

We kindly request that you pack the item in a protective cardboard box to safeguard the original manufacturer's box from any damage during transit. This will allow you to take full advantage of the return policy while protecting the integrity of the merchandise.

We strive to process returns as quickly as possible. However, please note that the maximum period for refunding funds is 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract. We understand the importance of timely refunds and will work diligently to ensure you receive your money back in a timely manner.

TIP: When you try on items, especially sneakers, for the first time to check for fit and comfort, please do so indoors on a clean floor. If you think you might need to replace them, we kindly ask that you refrain from wearing them outside. This prevents any dirt, stains, abrasions, or alterations that would prevent us from accepting returns. Remember, we can only accept unworn sneakers in their original condition.

Return procedure

Step 1: Fill in the form below

If you encounter manufacturing defects or damage to goods, please choose the "Warranty Claims" option. Alternatively, if you wish to return goods for any other reason, please select "Return".

Step 2: Package the shipment

Please make sure to return the sneakers in the box provided by the manufacturer. Please also ensure that you package the shipment correctly by placing the item inside the outer protective cardboard box.

Step 3: Send the returned goods back
